The Mama’z Muezzeum explores selfhood, inspiration, the ancestors and the diversity of definitive moments in the experience of motherhood from the perspective of Black womxn past, present, and future. It offers acknowledgement, celebration, wisdom, condolences and healing. The Mama’z Muezzeum is both an interactive and introspective experience full of artifacts, art of fact, imagination, musings, muses, music, poetry, adornments, and ancestral altars.
